Please note that by making an appointment with Jirapon Thai Massage to use our services you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.

LIABILITY

By accepting our Terms of Service and/or booking or receiving any of our Services provided by Jirapon Thai Massage, you agree that

(a)  To notify your therapist and/or Jirapon Thai Massage of any known medical condition or injuries, and to inform the therapist of any changes in your health and medical condition. You understand that there shall be no liability on the Jirapon Thai Massage part should you fail to do so.

(b)   At Jirapon Thai Massage, massage treatment is provided for relaxation, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation. You understand that the Services offered are not a substitute for medical care and that your therapist or Jirapon Thai Massage are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe medications or treat physical or mental illnesses.

(c)   Within the first 15 minutes of receiving any services, you can ask for a full refund if the treatment did not match your expectation. If you experience pain or discomfort during the session.

(e)   You understand that massage therapy is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

(d)   Any therapist at Jirapon Thai Massage may refuse to treat a client altogether or part of their body if they have a reasonable cause. Jirapon Thai Massage reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if they believe that it is not safe or in the guest’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the guest has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time regardless of prior consent given.

APPOINTMENTS

(a) You can make an appointment with Jirapon Thai Massage in a number of ways including through our website, telephone, text, or email.

(b) Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to get ready for your treatment.

(c) Jirapon Thai Massage cannot honour appointments with late arrivals affecting other guest’s appointments. Treatment starting late will finish at the appointed time.

(d) Prior to your first appointment with us, you will receive a Consultation Form by email. Please complete this form as we will not be able to treat you until you have done so. Filling of the form on the day you arrive can cause delay or may be counted towards part of your appointment session.

(e) Please note that if there are any changes in the information already provided you are responsible to inform us.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

Cancellations

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Please note the following guidelines:

1. To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly request that you provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment fee.

3. Missed appointments will be charged in full.

4. We send out a reminder text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you find that you cannot make it, please take one of the following actions:

- Cancel or reschedule your appointment online through the reminder text or email.

- Utilize the confirmation you received when initially booking the appointment to cancel or reschedule.

5. Please be aware that text messages, phone calls, and emails will NOT be accepted as a valid form of cancellation notice. Our team may not be available to answer the phone during treatment sessions, and relying on these methods may result in charges.

Late Arrivals

It is important to keep to the agreed appointment time and duration. We appreciate that you may sometimes arrive a little late or need to leave earlier than planned. This is fine but we cannot make up for the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Our clients’ personal details and other information are confidential and are safeguardefd by Jirapon Thai Massage and Fresha.com. Unless we are required to reveal such information by law, we will not share, sell or distribute any information you provide to us.

Consultations and guest treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the guest unless the guest is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.

The therapist working for Jirapon Thai Massage will have access to these records only for the duration of their contract with Jirapon Thai Massage and solely for the purpose of providing you with the most appropriate treatment.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Due to the nature of massage therapy and the need for close contact, Jirapon Thai Massage therapists will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and we ask our guests to ensure they also maintain a similar level of personal hygiene.

If a therapist is unwell, suffering from cold, any other infection or general ill health, they will not be allowed to work due to the risk of cross-contamination. This may result in Jirapon Thai Massage contacting you to inform you of the issue at the earliest opportunity to make suitable alternative arrangements.

Guests are asked not to attend a massage session if they are unwell, suffering from a cold, virus infection, or general ill-health. If you are unwell please contact Jirapon Thai Massage by email or phone call as soon as you can to rearrange your appointment. Please note that our Cancellation Policy may still apply in such circumstances.

Jirapon Thai Massage, including the therapists, will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time at the Jirapon Thai Massage premises.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed massage plan to be performed and will be requested to co-sign the Consultation Form. They will be expected to remain present throughout the treatment.

Jirapon Thai Massage holds the right to refuse any treatment if a guest is physically or verbally abusive towards any therapist, staff member or other guests, or demonstrates inappropriate or aggressive behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from Jirapon Thai Massage or criminal proceedings taken against them.
