We are located on the 1st Floor, Ampthill & Flitwick Physiotherapy clinic, 1 Kings Road, Flitwick, MK45 1ED.
To access, appointments between 10.00 AM - 14.00 PM please enter the main clinic entrance, appointments after 14.00 PM please enter the side gate entrance (on the right of the building) and wait in our waiting area.
For clients convenience, parking is available on-site. Our parking is shared with Ampthill & Flitwick Physiotherapy clinic.
Street parking may also be available along Station Road – parking is strictly limited to a maximum period of an hours.
Our online booking system is quick and easy to use and shows all our availability. We only offer pre-booked appointments, same-day are possible, but availability is often limited.

All appointments are booked with us will be asked to confirm your appointment with your card details to make sure we are in agreement with the booking made and to accept our cancellation policy. You will not be charged on the day of booking, payment will be collected in store after your appointment. (We accept cash or all major credit and debit cards.)
In the event of failure to confirm the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

Please note the following guidelines:
1. To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly request that you provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
3. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
4. We send out a reminder text and email 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you find that you cannot make it, please take one of the following actions:
- Cancel or reschedule your appointment online through the reminder text or email.
- Utilize the confirmation you received when initially booking the appointment to cancel or reschedule.
5. Please be aware that text messages, phone calls, and emails will NOT be accepted as a valid form of cancellation notice. Our team may not be available to answer the phone during treatment sessions, and relying on these methods may result in charges.
